April 29, 2026 at 3:30 PM, the Building & Construction Trades Memorial Mass honoring workers killed or injured on jobsites during 2025 and early 2026 is taking place.

All construction workers, their families, and friends are invited to join the Building & Construction Trades, along with union leaders, members, and management. This annual Memorial Mass reminds all Americans that safe worksites across the industry is critical.

The observance will begin with a hardhat procession into the Cathedral at 3:30 PM, followed by the Memorial Mass at 4 PM. Attendees are encouraged to wear their hardhats in solidarity and remembrance.

The Mass will take place at Saint Patrick’s Cathedral, 460 Madison Avenue (between 50th and 51st Streets). This annual program serves as an important moment for the labor movement to come together and honor those lost.
