Greenport Construction Worker Injured In Accident

Greenport, New York – A construction worker was injured when he was working at a construction site on First Street.

The accident happened Wednesday, March 07, about 10 a.m. when the 30-year-old worker, was trapped under eight sheets of sheetrock. The construction worker called out for help and was heard by his neighbors.

The police said: “The worker was located and found to have minor injuries to his legs”

The construction worker identified as Adam King was taken to Eastern Long Island Hospital, by Greenport Fire Department.
