Construction Accident Killed in Industrial Accident

Edmonton, Canada – A construction worker died while he was working at a construction site in the area of 84 Avenue and 101 Street.

The accident happened last Wednesday, November 1st at about 9:30 a.m. When the construction worker inexplicably fell about eight meters off a balcony.

Sandi Hrabek, Worker’s common-law wife said: “I am in utter shock and disbelief that I am forced to bury my husband who I have been with for over fifteen years at such a young age, from such a tragic accident that never should of happened”.

The 33 years old worker, identified as Ian Gallagher was pronounced dead at the scene.

The accident is being investigated by The Occupational Safety and Health Administration OSH.
