A Construction Worker Dies in Manhattan

MIDTOWN, MANHATTAN – A construction worker fell and died while working at a Midtown Manhattan building at 135 West 52nd Street.

The victim identified as Bruno Travalja, a 52-year- old man was the owner of a glass installation company, he fell 47 stories from the construction building.

Electrical engineer lying unconscious on the floor near a power control box after a short circuit, with another worker rescuing him on a construction site – electric shock accident concept.

The fatal accident happened around 3 p.m. He landed in an interior alleyway.

According to the FDNY (Fire Department of the City of New York) the man was pronounced dead on the scene, and the investigation is ongoing.
