Fatal Construction Accident In Bemidji

Bemidji, Minnesota – A construction worker died while he was working at a construction site in Bemiji, Minnesota.

The accident happened last Wednesday, September 27th, at about 4 p.m. when he fell to the floor while hanging sheetrock at a home that is under construction at the 1624 Pamela Court NW in Bemidji.

The 69 years old worker identified as Kamuel Beighley, was pronounced dead at the hospital.

A Sanford representative said: “Beighley is no longer listed as a patient there, and an obituary for Beighley states he died on September 29 at the hospital.

The U.S. Labor Department’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) continues to investigate the accident.
