Construction Worker Killed in Berthoud Accident

Loveland, Colorado – A construction worker died while he was working at a construction site in Berthoud.

The accident happened Friday, November 16, about 10:01 a.m. When the construction worker was hit by a truss that fell from a crane.

The victim was identified as Walter Vasquez Caballeros, 43, of Englewood.

The 43-year-old construction worker was rushed to the McKee Medical Center in Loveland where he was pronounced dead.
