Construction Worker Dies at Water Corporation

Perth, Australia – A construction worker died when he was working at a wastewater treatment plant in Munster in Perth’s south.

The accident happened on Thursday, April 19, when the construction worker was trapped under beams when a scaffold collapsed. The construction worker died at the scene as a result of his injuries.

Water Corporation chief executive officer Sue Murphy said: “the man was working as part of an upgrade to the plant, but the Water Corporation do not have the full details of the incident.

The identity of the man hasn’t been released.
