Construction Accident In Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY – In the construction of the new bank of Oklahoma tower near to Hudson and Shartel a construction worker died in an unimaginable accident.

The worker identified as Alex Baiza, 33, fell down from the 14 floor.

A witness said: “Alex Baiza was using a scissor lift on framework and had just moved a little bit and when he tried to go up for more he must have thought he had changed the mode from forward and back to up and down.”

However, the scissor lift was left in the “forward and back” mode, so the front of the lift drove off the side of the construction building and began to fall over the side.

The construction of the new bank tower was closed while the incident remains under investigation.
